Consignors can enter 300 items per consignor code. If you wish to enter more than 300 items you will need to create another conisgnor code and pay an additional consignor fee. Newborn Items - There is a limit of 30 HIGH QUALITY pieces of clothing (sizes 0-9mo.) per consignor. We get an abundance of Newborn clothing and they don't sell as well as the older ages do. Maternity Items: You are limited to no more than 15 maternity items per consignor.
Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You'll pick them up at one of our Early Barcode designated times and label your items at home, and be ready at Drop Off Day. Send me a message with your mailing address no later than 2 wks prior to drop-off to ensure your labels arrive in time. Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home. Bring your labelled items on Drop Off Days. You will need to sign a Release of Guarantee form.
We are allowing consignors and all shopping times to bring a guest with them. Our consignors have worked hard to earn this special shopping privilege and we want to honor them.
We strongly suggest that you NOT bring your children to the Pre-Sale but they are welcome if they are supervised. Be sure to bring a shopping bag or basket to shop, and a tape measure!
We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-6 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively too.
NO - Rhea Lana's DOES NOT ALLOW WIRE HANGERS! They tend to tear clothing and don't stay on as well. We recommend using children's plastic hangers for sizes 4 and below. Use medium or larger plastic hangers for sizes 4 and above as they tend to stay on better without safety pins. You can get plastic hangars at Dollar Tree, Amazon, Wal-mart, and Retail stores.
Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important! Also put your consigner number on the ziploc bags in case the tag falls off.
First, be sure to stick the bar code label to the price tag. Do not stick it directly onto the bag. Then attach the price tag securely and place both item and tag inside the ziploc bag. Please make sure the price tag is visible.
We suggest you bring a large bag or basket with your name on it. Large bags will need to be checked at the door. We also have a supply of laundry baskets and shopping bags that you are welcome to use.
If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziplock bag and put one price for the entire group.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell and the more likely that you will make money!
Yes, you may enter as many batches as you would like. We recommend that you can separate your gender clothes in different batches, and your toys in another batch just for simplicity at check in.
Yes! We have lots of sponsorship opportunities at affordable prices. Let us help you reach your target market - moms with families. We have Vendor Booths in our Gallery of Friends.
We frequently sell 95% of our baby equipment, furniture, and toys! This includes outdoor toys! They are in high demand and you can earn top dollar for them at Rhea Lana’s! They also are easiest to tag!
